Lady was nice. But I hoped to find somewhere that would let me ask questions and find out what works best for my system. Was told to go watch lots of YouTube videos & repeatedly told I shouldn't have converted my hot tub to salt water. When asking why, the answer was "its not recommended". Still asked why & got the same response except she added that its too small for salt water and that its only recommended for pools with hot tubs attached. Stopped into this location today to get my water tested and the $5 float. Mariah tested my water and gave me a very informative paper detailing the steps to balance my pool. Mel walked me through step by step and sold me what I needed. This staff here has always been helpful, friendly, and funny. I always walk out smiling. Great Store.
My fiance and I are new to the pool game and we need a lot of guidance. We've been going to Lelie''s for a couple months now and every time we go in, Mel is always kind and helpful. Yesterday, she and Wes spent time with us discussing exactly what we need to get our pool balanced so we can get sparkling water again.
