Husband bought 3 hoses earlier today, came home to find out they're the wrong size. Went right back up there and they refuse a return because he doesn't have a phone number with them?! Less than 2 hours in between. Now we're stuck with hoses we cant use and we're out almost 40 bucks. Ridiculous.

Lady was nice. But I hoped to find somewhere that would let me ask questions and find out what works best for my system. Was told to go watch lots of YouTube videos & repeatedly told I shouldn't have converted my hot tub to salt water. When asking why, the answer was "its not recommended". Still asked why & got the same response except she added that its too small for salt water and that its only recommended for pools with hot tubs attached. Yesterday, she and Wes spent time with us discussing exactly what we need to get our pool balanced so we can get sparkling water again.
