valerie was so rude, she did not greet me when i came in and gave me an attitude when i asked her questions about my ph balance for my water
Went in to get parts for my pool today at 3:00pm and the sales associate told me to “look on line and have it shipped to the house.” She wasn’t rude but was not helpful at all. I ended up at water way for my new liner and coping. If I wanted to order it on line I would not be standing at your desk. I prefer to talk to actual people and buy local. Seems like they should close the store front and just put a QR code on the front door. Sales associate needs more training or maybe work from home on line.
