Just went in on a Sunday no one in store. I asked how the guy with glasses was doing I told him what I needed! The whole time he did not look up from the computer. If he did y’all would have made over 2k as we needed service and pricey items to replace our filter. Well I guess I’ll go with a company that looks at their customers when they come in! Later!

Been using Leslie's for over a year. Spent alot of money there. Today was charged over $530 for closing small inground pool which took more than 2 hours because there was a trainee and a trainer. My friend called different companies and found pool closings in my area take around 45 minutes and cost between 200 to 400 dollars. I had drained my pool below skimmer and prepared for the technician visit. I won't be using them again as I too feel I was ripped off and the trainer gave me the price after they were ½ way through. I totally agree that Leslie is clearly over charging it's customers. Research shows it shouldn't cost more than $400 to close a pool. Poor business practices.
