Staff knows me by name and greets me warmly every visit. They work hard to understand my pool needs and recommend products (including when I shouldn't use products). I've been managing my pool for 6 months now on my own with Joshua and Richard's help.

The employee was very knowledgeable and helpful.
I stopped by to get some pool acid. I have a jacuzzi in my backyard and I needed to get some acid to keep it clean. The guy who helped me was friendly and helpful. He suggested I get a water testing kit. This solved my problems. My hot tub is now clean and free of pool algae. It has made the hot tub much more enjoyable because it is clean.
