They didn't have the product that I was looking for
From my previous time in the store I was never addressed positively. In my last and final visit I needed a certain Oring. If they had it in stck it would be a little over $2. That price would be their cost, shipping to them, cost of money and profit. So, they ordered the piece for me and it came 2 days later in a box containing my part and about 8 others they ordered for themselves with shpping around $4.50.
