I decided to purchase a replacement hot tub cover from Leslie's because a lot of the other companies had bad reviews about disreputable business practices. We purchased a new pool heater from Leslie's last fall and paid for a Leslie's technician to install the unit. On the installation day, a fellow from Deluxe Pool service showed up to install the heater instead of a Leslie's technician. The first issue was he asked us for payment and we had to direct him to speak with Leslie's because we already paid for the installation.
