Poor service
I have heard stories from here but our experience today was truly way above 5 stars!! I will start off by saying, Paris is a ray of sunshine and a pleasure to work with. With several people in the store, she made sure to greet everyone while bouncing between helping all of us with a smile. Which was wonderful to see after our experience right before this with Billiot's. We went there first, because for one, I am all about supporting a local business and heard good things. This is my normal location to get supplies. The store is constantly closed for no apparent reason. I read a review to call 1 800 LESLIES which I did. After trying to get an answer from customer service, they hung up on me. Very frustrating
Today is at least the 5th time I’ve gone to the Gretna location to find them not open during their business hours. I understand things happen but this seems like a lot. I suggest calling first. Not now. They’re not answering 🤣
