Leslies used to be an honorable place to purchase products and stand behind warranties. I purchased a variable speed pump with a 1 year in store and 1 year manufacturer warranty. Neither pentair nor Leslie's would stand behind their warranty. A shame and a sham! The store was only 1 year but was told if you use our installation, you get 2 years. Leslie’s is always our go to pool supply company! I work for an apartment management company, and have worked with Leslie’s for years. This specific location is always so accommodating, offering advice, tips, and guidance. The specific gentleman I spoke with today was incredible. The disc machine is a scam. Gave false measurements about cynauric and salt. They have to up sale you for something. Trying the water clarifier confirmed not working too. Tried their chlorbrite shock (time and half) would barely work for small time. And back to the same algae. They have products tried to sell me for algae seems the product push for sale is gone and returned back to normal. Got the product from pinch and penny assured to me after adjusting ph and add liquid chlorine everything would clear out and it happened ... read more
