I’m here at 9:10am on a Sunday and the doors are locked, and nobody is answering the phone. Google, the front door, and the automated phone service all say they open at 9am. Not a great first experience so far
Ordered a Polaris pool cleaner. Antonio personally drove it out to my house 20 min later. Cant beat the service
Antonio went out of his way to dig up a 4 inch o-ring that should have come with my Pentair chlorinator. He first thought they were out of stock but he kept looking and comparing part numbers on the computer and digging in boxes in back. Eventually he produced the desired part to my great delight!
The young lady there was very helpful and went above and beyond with customer service. Thanks Iyanna !
