I’ve been visiting this location for the last 3 years. During pool season at least weekly and then about once per month during off season. Antonio and his guys are great. Yes, it can get busy when everyone is there at the same time testing their pool water (which is free and a great service) so if I know it’s going to take a minute I may come back when it’s less busy. I would leave a 0 star if I could. Went in the store around 1:45 on Feb. 8th. Associate was helping a customer at the register and ignoring me walking in. After about 10 min. passes and another customer walked in and gets greeted immediately and was asked how they could help. I started walking to the door to leave and she then asked if I needed help while helping the customer that just walked in. I left feeling ignored and will Not be returning for any of my pool needs. There are plenty of other pool supply stores.
