Opens at 9 am, always late. Waited until 9;18 for employees to open. 4 customers waiting, two left. Common occurrence at this location.
Kudos to the girl working at the desk I believe her name was Alicia. Covid-19 she was able to help me with a pool cover warranty claim. Thank you very much.. it's nice to see employees willing to go with the extra mile for the customers.
The gal there late this afternoon was so awesome and helpful!
