Extremely Poor Customer Support from Hayward Pool Products I purchased a pool pump from Leslie's, and less than a year later, it broke down. I called for assistance, and the representative politely directed me to contact the warranty department, which is a normal procedure. I filed a claim on the same day, June 30th, 2023. Unfortunately, Hayward Pool Products has been the worst experience ever. They provide no help to their customers.
