I use to love this place. The customer service has taken a big nose dive .
Always friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable.
Friendly staff. Prices are a bit higher, but they will get your pool right the first time.
I’ve been using this store for the last 6-7 years and have spent countless thousands of dollars. The service has been going down hill, but today was the last straw. My wife and I went in (Sunday 4/12) to get the spring chemicals which is usually $1000+. The lady that was working was extremely short and rude, and literally waited on the women behind me in line, I guess they are friends or something.
