Worst place I have ever had the misfortune to use. I ordered a spa filter and paid an extra 10.41 to get it in three days. After 8 days and many phone calls later with no return calls from them, I go to the store myself only to find out that the part they ordered was not the right part at all. Wasn't even close. They now take measurements of my part that I brought with me. They again order the part with a 3 day delivery. It is now 7 days later and they still have not called. They seem understaffed. Every time I go in there, it's a long wait. The last time, I walked in there were 4 people standing around while the one person working was on the phone. I ended up just leaving and going to Home Depot, which actually had what I needed 20% cheaper anyway!

After consecutive uncomfortable visits to another pool store in Germantown I walked into Leslie s Pool. The difference was remarkable. I was met with a friendly, knowledgeable staff who answered every question without the feeling of my being rushed. That change to Leslies was seven years ago and I have never been happier. And, did I mention . . . their prices are much lower than the competition!
Best place to go for pool supplies. Free water tests, great prices, and friendly staff.

This store just moved into our area and it is great to have them so close. So far the service has been great however, we will miss seeing Sergio. He is a great store manager.
This place is awesome. I found them last year. they know their stuff, and dont rip you off. I know nothing about pools, and with their advise my pool stays looking great. Prices are good, customer service is great. They have gone out of their way to help me sometimes. the manager came to my house and fixed my pump once, after hours. I bake him cookies sometimes, they are like family there.
