Put customers on hold then phone hangs up on the customer. Customer tries to call back and the phone just keeps ringing. I will get some better workers in there with some Customer Service because they have really bad customer service here the one in Hesperia and Victorville too.

Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable and was so helpful in guiding my husband through what we needed to do with our pool. As first-time pool owners, we've found it stressful trying to figure out the proper maintenance, but Kelly took the time to explain everything clearly and gave us the confidence to move forward. We truly appreciate her expertise, patience, and willingness to help!

Thanks Kelley!! Got a new Polaris pool cleaner 😎 Its the best!!! Lil scrubbers sure do a good job!!! Would definitely recommend getting it if your in the market for a pool cleaner:)

Rude employee. I had no intention of going into the store but as I walked by I took a picture of an ad with their number located on the glass on the store front. Once I got my picture and walked away an older lady came out the establishment and was talking loudly at me from far away as I entered a different store. She rudely asked me if I “needed help taking a picture” then proceeded to tell me that I was not authorized to take a picture of the ad located on the storefronts glass window.
