Had to find a replacement handle for a pool vacuum after trying several places Leslie's was the first one to offer the option of speaking to a associate immediately very helpful even pulled the item to the side for me on Memorial Day weekend very friendly customer service no issues no arguing just good service that you would expect can't say enough how I appreciate it their help today

Went in with what I thought was a fried pump motor. Ready to shut it down and deal with it in the spring until I was instructed that the pump needs to be on to circulate the chemicals unless I wanted to stir it up like a giant shrimp boil. Instead of selling me a new pump I was offered a possible fix that took less than 5 minutes. Saved me hundreds!!
