Received the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced from Damian F. I came to the store simply to purchase some supplies, but what I witnessed and personally experienced was completely unacceptable. There were two gentlemen ahead of me, one Caucasian and one Hispanic. The difference in Damian’s treatment of these two customers was impossible to ignore. I’ve been going for the past 5 years and the last few visits with new hires have been irritating. These 20 year olds that have worked here for a month or two read this paper and try to chastise you based on the print out that constantly reads a few readings wrong and more experienced personal knows that. When you point that out they get defensive and flip on you like you are wrong for responding back to their nonsense. Kinda getting weird in there… unfortunate
