The Vacaville store never answered the phone even though we called several times over a several hour period. I contacted the Fairfield store and they said to keep calling or I can drive to the store. Called the 800 number and was told that I would receive a response in 48-72 hours. Not the type of service I would want to be known for. I would like to be clear that the service provided by the service technician Rudy at our home was excellent. Too bad the store didn’t care more about customer service.
This is so annoying. The website says they're open till six, so I drive twenty five minutes to the store and they are closed at five. It's easy to do customer service better than this.
