On Saturday, January 30, 2026, my wife and I went to the Leslie Pool supplies in Vacaville Ca. We were in the market for a pool vacuum, our second in 5 years. We were helped by "Michael" he appeared helpful, and actually tried to sell us on a completely remote vacuum, which was cheaper than the one we ultimately decided on, which was a Polaris VRX iQ+ robotic pool vacuum. The Vacaville store never answered the phone even though we called several times over a several hour period. I contacted the Fairfield store and they said to keep calling or I can drive to the store. Called the 800 number and was told that I would receive a response in 48-72 hours. Not the type of service I would want to be known for. I would like to be clear that the service provided by the service technician Rudy at our home was excellent. Too bad the store didn’t care more about customer service.
