Rude and not at all helpful
I had the most wonderful interaction at this store which made me want to write this review. I usually don’t write reviews but this experience was just so helpful I had to share! The Store manager was able to help me find exactly what I needed for my new saltwater pool and even gave me some additional tips for better management of my pool. Ariel was very knowledgeable and happy to help me and I will definitely be back for all of my further pool needs as I’m just… diving into this pool owning thing
I had to stop into this store to pick up a few things and I have to say I was very happy to see new management in this store!! I spoke with Ariel who was so kind and very helpful! She knew what she was talking about and answered all my questions!! I will absolutely be back!
I worked with the new manager Ariel today. She was a breath of fresh air compared to previous management. Ariel was very knowledgeable, patient and more than willing to explain what I needed. Please keep her here!!!
