Dean was VERY helpful-good dude
We called in to get a Polaris swimming pool cleaning robot which is still under warranty looked at because it had stopped working. We talked to Dean who immediately told us that the machine was out of warranty which it was not. Once we informed him that it was still under warranty because we had checked into that already.
