Was told by manager that I need to drain pool because I purchased muriatic acid from amazon and that I would never get the pool right. I was there to get my water tested and purchase the chemicals recommended to balance pool but was told numerous times to drain pool and she would not help me. Now a week later after no help from Leslie's, my pool is balanced and ready for use from chemicals I purchased from amazon for about 60% of the price might I add.
