Bought a Hayward heater from this store and it worked for a total of 2 months. Went through LOTS of waiting on hold from this store and the 800# just to get it looked at under warranty and now nearly a MONTH later, the so-called parts for repair still haven't arrived at the store, the installer/repair guy told me it was likely they were in stock to begin with, yet here I sit for nearly a month without hearing from ANYONE, not the store, not the 800#, not even Hayward. Knowledgeable staff that has always been helpful in answering questions and doesn’t try to oversell products, accurately listing exactly what is needed and taking time to explain how to add chemicals to each customer at the Nine Mile location , occasionally pretty busy but worth the wait!
Hours are to 6 o'clock. It's 530 and ive called several times with multi rings and no one answers.
Best water testing. Decent prices on most chemicals. Friendly staff and knowledgeable.
