The folks at their pool store were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The service was great, hassle free, they held a super pump for me and it was right where they said it would be the next morning when I stopped to pick it up. Thank you so much. Great service folks.
Always helpful
The people there know what they're doing. The people there are not trying to sell you something that you don't need. If you bring them a water sample they're going to tell you what it needs to make it right
Tried to return a broken product that was purchased at another Leslie's store. Product carries a 2 year manufacturers warranty. Store clerk named Alex was extremely rude and obviously did not know his products, policy's and severely lacks any customer service skills. He attempted to contact store manager 3 times by phone who was away from the store and manager would not answer his phone.
