Prices are high but I found what I needed
The reps at 1-800-Leslies cannot solve ANY issue. Had the worst time getting a pool heater, then was told that the trip charge for the estimate would be refunded if we had them or to do our installation. The install team didn't refund the charge, but charged another trip fee. I caught it as soon as they left. Called the local Leslie's store who processed my card and was told to call 1-800-Leslies and they would connect me to the billing department who would fix the issue.
