Tried to return a broken product that was purchased at another Leslie's store. Product carries a 2 year manufacturers warranty. Store clerk named Alex was extremely rude and obviously did not know his products, policy's and severely lacks any customer service skills. He attempted to contact store manager 3 times by phone who was away from the store and manager would not answer his phone. Everyone here is very helpful. Got my hot tub water balanced after weeks of me not knowing how to fix my chlorine levels. Highly recommend if you need a water sample and help with your pool or spa
