The service and knowledge from Ashton, in Hollywood, was very thorough and he explained the products, their effects and purpose extensively. He asked specific questions and provided step by step instructions. A+ all the way !
This store in Sheridan street in Hlwd has been deteriorating for months, they can’t provide a test as their internet is down, today they did not have rest strips. I called the 1800 # only to be disconnected 3 times. Poorly run and managed store.
The store is very nice and clean and the manager who is always on shift Mr Ashton is very professional has very great manners he’s a excellent asset to the team overall he deserves a raise I will be making this my permanent pool store that I shop at .
Aston is the best! Very helpful and Great Customer Service.
