this rating is for not the employees of the store but of the district manager only. ORDER MORE WATER TESTING KITS. How can you be out of water testing kits. This is the only reason people go to this store, and then they buy the chemicals....will being going to Memphis pool across the street.
Store manager and most team members are very knowledgeable. Got my pool chemistry straightened out with one visit. Love that water test results are emailed.
I get all my pool supplies from here! good prices and the service is great!
Closed for lunch? Second time in a row. I don’t blame the employees but this is pathetic I’ve never seen a retail store closed more in my entire life needs new owners at corp. understaffed-closed
