We’ve had friendly and helpful experiences at Leslie’s before but last night was an exception. I understand store hours but my husband literally arrived at 6:02pm and when he more or less begged the girl for the quickest transaction she refused and said “I’m not going to get fired over a leaky hose.” My patio is flooded and it is difficult for working people to make it to a store before 6pm. 1 star for this experience but like I said they have been better in the past.
The closing time is inaccurate, drove 30 minutes, got there before 6pm which is closing time according to Google, and an older guy with glasses stares at me and rudely points to door sign. Didn't even try to address me. Gladly going elsewhere.
Knowledgeable employees. Good service
Not an ounce of respect. Hung up on me. Would not recommend ever!!!
