Employee Todd is extremely rude and consistently unhelpful. Some retraining is needed.
Purchased the JVX160 pool pump less than 5 years ago and I have had issues every since (VERY BAD DECISION). on 3/5/2024 contacted Leslie's to have a service person come out to repair the pump again because it is leaking and had to turn the pump off. The sent out Eric, who looked at the pump and said the seal (part# 40678) needed to be replaced and it was NOT under warranty. He needed to order the part, ok rescheduled for 3/12, got a call from dispatcher stating that Eric was hurt and that they would have to re-schedule anoth... read more
