Knowledgeable staff quick friendly service about all you would ever need from a pool supply
The manager was so nice and convincing. He sold us a heater that was on special with free installation. I could have bought the same heater less expensive with free shipping on Amazon, but the Leslie’s free installation seemed like such a great deal. Beware! He didn’t tell us about additional evaluation and trip fees. So disappointed. He wasn’t nice, he was slick and untrustworthy. I hope he got a nice commission.
Rude and lazy. Some guy named Sam personally insults customers calling them stupid and refuses to work. Outwardly lies about their system being down and I overheard him talk down to two women with children. Never use this place or any of their franchises.
