1st location didn't have the filter part that I needed, but they called the next nearest location, confirmed part was available & in-hand, & had the other location hold the part at the register for pickup.
Second visit in 3 days, two opposing experiences. I explained clearly at both visits that I "didn't know what I was doing"...our pool guy quit our pool was dark green, I'm new at this. Kevin (name on receipt) was awesome. He was kind, helpful,. explained everything very well...A real pleasure. Brandon (name on receipt). Was horrible. He was unbelievably rude. Brandon was very helpful in helping me find the right part.
The new manager at this store, Kevin is awesome. Very knowledgeable about pool chemistry and supplies and the products here.
