Great pool toys here!
I have called the store 7 times and no one picks up the phone!! After calling all day I go there for them to tell me they don't carry the chemical I need..frustrating to drive 35 minutes when it all coukd of been avoided if some one ever just answered the phone there ...this is not the first time paramus store never answered the phone...I'll go elsewhere from now on for all the pool needs
Excellent service, Richie (Manager) was very helpful. He took his time to explain my wife and I about vacuum pools and other stuff to maintain our pool clean and good water conditions.
Very helpful. Bring a sample of your pool water and they are able to let you know what is needed to make your pool water clear. A print out is given with step by step instructions and measurements depending on the size of your pool.
