The entire staff at Leslie's Colleyville are helpful in water analysis and product support. Pat 1 and Pat 2 are experts on providing support with Polaris pool cleaners and in pool issues. Upon interacting with a new contact for me at the store, Mark also has provided excellent Polaris support with my old but reliable Polaris. Mark also instructed me the best way to replace filter DE grids as my old ones had become replaceable. He demonstrated there at the store how to replace these grids.
