Very friendly
I bought a Polaris Freedom pool cleaner from Leslies after it was highly recommended from Leslie's sales associate. It didn't work the way it was supposed to the very first time I used it. I went straight back to Leslies and told them it wasn't working, thinking they would switch it out for me. They told me they wouldn't return it because it was "out of the box". Super pleased to have a great pool store so close. Great customer service and products.
Really like leslies for the free pool water testing. We try to have it tested once every other week to make sure the test strips are accurate. They have all the pool chems you will need, along with pool repair items for most brands. Pool cleaners , pool toys , pool, everything. Really liked the manager on duty who was very helpful and nice .
