Whatever guy I spoke to on the phone had a terrible attitude. Hung up and took my business elsewhere.
Always helpful and informative staff … a bit pricey.
Geared to the general consumer, not at all friendly to the pool contractor. Their POS (point-of-sale) system is terrible & the inability of me to buy something to pickup in the same day "because the system won't update for a day or so," is ridiculous. That was feasible around a decade ago. Not now. I have plugged Leslie's all over the Midwest, and heck even Phoenix recently for client chemical testing.
