I've been doing business in one form or another with this Leslie's store #511 on Ellsworth and Guadalupe for almost a year now. The quality of the chemicals is very good. The value is medium but for the neighborhood convenience factor, it's evened out. I love the staff, I'm always greeted with a smile. My advice is be patient, sometimes it gets busy and they're doing the best they can. Thanks guys!

Bad customer service experience multiple times.
Had my water tested today and the guy could not even answer my questions all they did was give me a print out. I had been here before with no problems, but today was a very big disappointment..
Great store! Staff are always friendly and very helpful. I had an old skimmer door wear out after 15+ years, and the staff were able to get me the correct replacement part. It was the exact part! Don’t let in-person stores be forgotten—shop in person at brick-and-mortar! Thank you!
