Absolutely terrible customer service. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Staff were rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping. When I tried to address my concerns, they were met with attitude instead of professionalism. Brandon the store manager at Valle Verde was very helpful. We purchased a 400,000 BTU pool heater with no problems. We initially did everything online and then went to the store to pay for the install fees. First, make sure to have the heater site evaluation and then once the tech comes out, purchase the heater through Leslie’s and they will do the install. Brandon the store manager doesn’t even know what a color IQ test kit is. Not very knowledgeable I would definitely recommend a different Leslies
Staff at various locations are clueless. Always irritating to go here. Keep going because of the rewards program but I can find deals elsewhere.
