Bad costumer service
I give it a 5 star amazing Maria K (salesperson) is amazing she helped me out.Very kind answered all my questions she make sure that my order was ready and complete at the time that it was picked up.I will definitely continue and shop there specially if Maria K is there to help me out.Thank You
The manager here refuses to accept there are chronic issues with their water testing equipment. When you bring it up, he gets all defensive and refuses to retest. This from a guy with a very questionable understanding of pool chemistry at best. Don’t get your water tested here unless you are prepared to drive to another Leslie’s, or different pool store, for a second opinion. 9 times out of 10, you will find the results from your test at the Burbank store to be total garbage.
