I have to update my 1 star review from this morning. I was treated a bit shabbily at the Burbank location. I complained about it. Leslie's customer service reached out and made it right. I will continue to shop at Leslie's, but La Crecenta which is near where I live. They won me back.

This was just buying chlorine today but I have to say in general that Jan is incredible at what he does. A few years ago I was having a terrible time with my pool and he patiently and quickly help me solve all the problems. I love supporting local business in Burbank and Leslie's makes it easy to want to do exactly that.
Andy is a very nice guy, knowledgeable and helpful. He always answers my every single question with patience and gives the right guidance how to use less chemicals regarding my skin condition. He is very respectful towards customers and always welcoming me with happy face which gives me really good feeling to visit the store next time and looking forward to see him helping me . Thank you Andy
