Really disappointed. This store used to be clean and welcoming, but now it’s cluttered and the customer service has been lacking. I also miss Sammy; she was always helpful and kind. Lately, I’ve been met with attitude instead of assistance. With pool season here, I may need to find another place.
I’m new to the area and recently visited your store to try out a local pool supply company. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. When I walked in, I witnessed a manager loudly berating an employee to the point where the employee was visibly upset and in tears. It was uncomfortable to watch and did not reflect a respectful or professional work environment.
