The people that work here are all very friendly and helpful. We get out pool water tested here about once a month and we get all of our pool supplies here.
I had an excellent experience with this technician named Alec. I thought my filter system was broken, but he quickly discovered it was just the breaker. He reset it in minutes, explained everything clearly, and didn’t even charge me for the visit. It’s rare to find someone so honest, professional, and respectful of their customer’s time and money. I truly appreciate the integrity and kindness, and I highly recommend his services!
Great customer service! Took the time to answer my questions. Appreciate that they don't try to sell you on buying chemicals.
For the 4th time now this location was not open during business hours. This is very frustrating and inconvenient.
Twice now I have gone to this location between 2-3pm and the store was locked up and lights off. Posted hours say 9am-6pm.
