I have been a customer at Leslie’s Pools for over 15 years. Each season, I bring in my water for testing and purchase all of the recommended chemicals—typically spending over $500 per year. This summer, my pool was losing both water and chlorine despite following the recommended treatment plan. In June, I purchased all of the suggested chemicals, but the problem continued.
