They are great at testing water and good prices on products.

Leslie’s in Palatine has the best staff. Both Kate and Debbie are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to b helpful. Suggestion: give them raises.
Absolutely no help. No service all they want to do is ring you up at the register, and they would prefer you did that yourself too. How do you have no knowledge of anything you sell. It's a shame this store is open only due to lack of competition, if there were another option they would go out of business.
Good supplies and helpful employees.
