I have been a customer at Leslie’s Pools for over 15 years. Each season, I bring in my water for testing and purchase all of the recommended chemicals—typically spending over $500 per year. This summer, my pool was losing both water and chlorine despite following the recommended treatment plan. In June, I purchased all of the suggested chemicals, but the problem continued. Leslie’s in Palatine has the best staff. Both Kate and Debbie are knowledgeable, friendly and go out of their way to b helpful. Suggestion: give them raises.
Absolutely no help. No service all they want to do is ring you up at the register, and they would prefer you did that yourself too. How do you have no knowledge of anything you sell. It's a shame this store is open only due to lack of competition, if there were another option they would go out of business.
