Disappointing experience. I called at 3:52 to ask if a product was in stock; was told yes, so I let the associate know I’d be coming right over. I arrived at 4:05 only to find a sign saying they were on lunch and would return at 4:25. Frustrating and avoidable. It would’ve been helpful and respectful if the associate had mentioned they were about to step out for a break. Poor communication and disappointing customer service.
Have seemed to have the best prices for pool supplies.
