I wish we had the option for negative. 5 star make us customer service is really, really bad. I walked in for 10 minutes. No one said anything to me. I saw a lady in 2 employees talking, I thought that lady is a customer, but end up she was an employee too. And then she tried to help me find a seal for my pump. By looking up my phone number she said that my phone number does not match any part number for that seal, which I did not understand why my phone number would match the seal part number. They can be pretty helpful and decent to work with. Just annoying that during peak summer season they have one girl running a whole store, answering ridiculous customer questions testing water, and ringing. I dont want to hang out for a hour to buy sand
Justin was very helpful. Went out of his way to help with spa water issues.
Would be great if they opened on days they said they were open, or even close to on time. 3 hours past open and doors are closed on a Friday.
As new hot tubbers we've learned their ownership is like adopting a child. After many YouTube videos on their care, it was time to actually converse with a specialist. Mike was terrific, answering all our questions without trying to sell us anything. Ultimately we did buy some items there we already thought we needed. We will definitely be doing business with them going forward.
