Would be great if they opened on days they said they were open, or even close to on time. 3 hours past open and doors are closed on a Friday.
As new hot tubbers we've learned their ownership is like adopting a child. After many YouTube videos on their care, it was time to actually converse with a specialist. Mike was terrific, answering all our questions without trying to sell us anything. Ultimately we did buy some items there we already thought we needed. We will definitely be doing business with them going forward.

Watched the worker come outside Relock the door and go to his car ) I've only been here a couple times but each time I don't really feel like they listen and just try to sell me some big crap I don't need for my little pool😔.
