2 strikes at the store 2 times they didn't know what the part was or couldn't find the part or didn't have the part I went here because I didn't feel like going back to poolwerks cause of the drive but poolwerks is much better and it's certainly worth the drive.
Their hours are 9am to 6pm. Arrived at 530pm to pick up some chemicals, and there was a sign on the door that said "Due to holiday, closed at 5pm" or some such nonsense. Absolutely unacceptable! You have hours of operations for a reason, so your customers know they can rely on you. Clearly you can't be relied upon. As such, I will take my business elsewhere.
Employees are nice and helpful
Went to Leslie's over a week ago. Thought it went great. Asked about getting pool heater fixed and also weekly pool maintenance. Joseph said he put my orders into the system and within 24 hours someone would call. Never did. I called back and a different person said that my order was never put into the system and I should call 1 800 Leslie's. I called.
