When we went with our pool water sample, a report was run and we were told we needed to add 22 pounds of chlorine to our pool. We said that we were new pool owners and asked for information and advice on the best way to keep up the maintenance on the pool. The girl working said she didn’t know anything about pools and that she could only run the report and hand us the results. I can't go here anymore. I will go to Debbie's pool supply instead. At lesley's you're just a number. They just don't care. They just want to sell your stuff. They don't try to figure out what the problem is with your pool. At Debbie's, they try to figure it out
I work for a pool company and go to Leslie's all across the state of Georgia. Received the most nonchalant and indifferent customer service ever at this location. Fayetteville location is best if you live in this area.
Terrible and unfriendly staff. Not helpful at all and borderline rude.
