Three stars are given based solely on the excellent customer service always provided by Angie! However, zero stars for the store overall because this store is hot. And it’s been hot for months. There is clearly an issue with the AC & doesn’t appear anyone is working to repair it. We have an extreme heat advisory in our area today (currently 104°) and the store was uncomfortable. Great Customer Service! Ms. Angie was extremely helpful over the phone and convinced me to bring my broken pool vacuum in for repair instead of purchasing a new one. Shederrious (General Manager) quickly assessed our vacuum and made the repair on the spot. A $50 repair saved me from purchasing a new $500 vacuum. Thank you to Shederrious and his staff!
