I stopped in at Leslie's Pool Supplies to pick up a tube of lube for my O-rings in my pool filter system and as I was talking to the cashier I mentioned that I needed a replacement drain plug. The young man went right to the aisle and showed me that he had it in stock and the price was very reasonable. Very good customer service at this location
Noticed John always greets customers with smile and open arm attitude. Also noticed John always respectful and courteous to any and all customers. Johns professionalism shines the most when he honestly tells me when he doesn't know for sure himself and try to find answers to the questions as much and as complete and as accurate possible himself before getting back to me. John was always kind and responsive to my pool needs. He is knowledgeable and always goes extra miles to find answers and solutions to my pool issues when he doesn't have answers immediately. That's most respectable traits any customers can hope for from pool store staff, who is honest and straightforward. John is very detail oriented in explaining fully the free pool test results and honest about what chemicals I don't need to buy when further test is necessary. Thank you John
They have everything you need for a Pool or spa. Nice staff very helpful
The guy who call him self a regional manager and not even it's wearing a leslies tshirt or badge didn't want to do the price match he says has to be profitable this store was my main one but now I have to change because it's going bad in customer service.
