What a terrible experience I just had with Courtney! I've been coming here for years and normally deal with someone else but when I came in a lady was finishing up checking out and I set my pool sample right beside her items accidentally while I was waiting. I then got a phone call and I noticed my pool sample was gone and I stopped the lady and apologized to her that maybe she had picked it up and put it in her bag and she looked it was not there.
