I had a very disappointing experience at the Lindenhurst, NY store. I went in because I needed help fixing my pool, which had turned green. On Thursday, I brought in a water sample for testing. I was told my water # looked fine and was asked if I had already shocked the pool. I said yes, and the only advice I received was to wait. I returned on Saturday to look for a sand filter.
