Kayla G . the manager offers the worst customer service. I went in today for the first time and will never shop there again! Horrible customer service experience. She treats you like you are bothering her. Maybe you should go and find something else to do if she dislikes her job that much. Very unhelpful even though the store was empty. Prices are high and they dont offer any discounts. If you are looking for pool supplies I highly recommend Belfor pools in New Rochelle !
2 stars for customer service. I called with a question and was hung up on. Called right back and was put on hold while he helped other customers in the store. I get it, these are really paying customers at the register. He should have just been honest and asked me to call back or take my number and get back when they could. Poor and unprofessional customer service.
Inventory is always good and the staff are kind. Free water tests are a perk. That being said wait times are wildly excessive even when there is multiple staff members available. Checkout is equally, if not more painful. Sometimes it’s cash only, which is unfathomable for 2023. Other times tap credit cards are disabled which is a pain when visiting in the summer without a wallet. Plan to spend 10-15 mins waiting during a visit.
