The woman with the dark hair that works here is the best. She is so kind and so knowledgeable. I was in a pickle trying to get my pool from swamp green to blue for my son’s birthday party and she helped me get it crystal clear in 2 days! I can’t thank her enough. My son had the best party because of her.
I came 15 minutes before 6PM they see me and looked the doors!
The team at the Patchogue Leslie's are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. After testing your water sample, they will clearly explain what needs to be done to clear up any issues and direct you to the right products. With their help, I've scored 100 on my water samples more than once. And there products are a much higher quality than the other pool supply stores. I highly recommend the Patchogue location. The store manager is wonderful and the rest of the staff are great!
Pools are a Blessing and a curse. So much fun but also so much work. Leslie makes it so much easier. From the minute you walk in your greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. The staff is knowledgeable and take the time to help you as a person not just a customer.They help you figure out what you need, but don’t push you to buy more than you need.
Cheryl at the Patchogue location is awesome! 😊 Knowledgeable, friendly n patient. Even when the store is very busy, she attends to everyone needs in a kind and calm manner. Store is clean and stocked. Most important My pool is runnning n crystal clear... Thank you Cheryl! ❤️
