The store itself is great, I've shopped with them and spent quite a bit of money over the past 4 years but the company part that handles installing safely safety pool covers is not! They drilled into a pipe which drained my 30,000 gallon pool empty which in turned also damaged the liner we just had replaced 4 years ago and all they could say was you signed a waiver.
