They stay stocked up. Have everything you need. Staff is most of the time extremely helpful except today I went in and got 6 bags of salt everytime I've been there an employee would get the bags and bring them out to me but today I got you can use my cart. That's a one off though.
Customer service is horrible!! The gentleman working yesterday around 5 was not friendly or helpful at all. He just handed you the paperwork and wouldn't explain anything. Will not be returning going back to Georgia Pool Supply Inc...

Excellent customer service and advice. Several associates and the manager helped me multiple times. They know their information.
Bad experience trying to return a filter we bought was told it was under our account then all of a sudden when we needed to return it it wasnt on our account.(EVEN THO OUR REWARD DISCOUNT WAS TAKEN OFF) And we didn’t have our invoice . Well the employee assisting my husband proceed to laugh and basically say he’s making up everything he said. Refused to help him and told him come back when the manager is there. Luckily I found the receipt and went back to return it. One star because of how my husband was treated!!!!!!!!!!!!!
