Wyatt is amazing and good customer service and definitely would recommend
Yesterday I came in towards closing time with a broken "The pool cleaner" vacuum. My pool guy told me the gears had been stripped and needed replacement. Wyatt greeted me when I came in and offered to take a look at my vacuum. He noticed it was just a gear out of place and resolved the issue. No charge just a thank you for coming in. Its hard to find good people that wouldn't of exploited the opportunity to sell someone something they didn't need. I have come in a few times, but now a customer for life. Thank you Wyatt.
Claimed parts and box was proper for pickup but it was a Frankenstein machine and missing parts. Not what I ordered. Horrible to drive an hour to pick up and missing so many things and wrong canister. Trusted the office staff even with the box all open and mangled. Very disappointing when I use Lesley stores often this if very unsatisfactory behavior for not properly assuring the parts are right for a customer.
