This is the only Leslie Pool we visit. Leslie offered free water testing, which is a plus. But other stores have tried to sell us unneeded chemicals, Leslies on Kirkwood would never do this. Was there having water tested, and Danny helped us with several questions we had. Danny was professional, helpful, and friendly. Got water tested, good price on ONLY chemicals we needed, and very helpful staff. Store is clean and well maintained. For us, it is worth the extra drive for a store you can trust.
AJ is the man! Super friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable about the products he sells. I moved out of state and still choose to come to this location because of the customer service he provides.

I just spent 25 minutes waiting on a water test that never got done because the assistant manager and what I can only assume was a trainee on his first day are incapable of multi tasking. While I was there these 2 employees spent the entire time helping one customer. On my way to Summer Fun. Thanks
